Kooperatifimiz Esnaf ve Sanatkarlar Odası ve Şoförler Odasına kayıtlı küçük ve orta boy İşletme sahiplerinin finansman ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak üzere 1163 sayılı kooperatifler kanununa göre Ticaret Bakanlığı'nın 11/07/1969 tarih ve 1190 sayılı olurları ile İsmet YEŞİL'in kurucu başkanlığındaNuri GÜRBÜZ,Ali ÖZTEKE,Şerif ÖZPINAR ve Ali KUNTER'in Yönetime iştiraki ile kurulmuştur.Kooperatifimiz Aydın-Muğla Illeri Esnaf ve Sanatkarlar Kredi ve Kefalet Koopera¬tifleri Bölge Birliği(Aymeskob) ve Türkiye Esnaf ve Sanatkarlar Kredi ve Kefalet Kooperatifleri Birlikleri Merkez Birliğine(Teskomb)bağlı olarak faaliyet göstermektedir.Kooperatiflerin esas kuruluş amacı kendi ekonomik gücü ile kredi bulamayan ticaret erbabına Türkiye Halk Bankası Şubelerine karşı güvence va teminat olarak esnafin kredi bulmalarını ve kullanmalarını sağlamaktır. Kooperatifimizde günümüze kadar İsmet YEŞİL,Nuri GÜRBÜZ,Nezir GÖRGÜLÜ başkanlık yapmış olup,şu anki Başkanımız Mehmet ÖZGEN dir.2000 yılına kadar beldemizde bulunan Halk Bankası Şubesi ile çalışan kooperatifimiz,2000 yılından sonra Beldemizdeki Türkiye Halk Bankası Şubesinin kapanması ile Söke ilçemizde bulunan Halk Bankası Şubesi ile çalışmaya başlamıştır.Ve halen Türkiye Halk Bankası Söke Şubesi ile çalışmaya devam etmektedir.1.300.000.00-TL plasmana sahip olan kooperatifimizin 250 ortağı bulunrnaktadır.İki personel ile hizmetlerini sürdürmekte olan kooperatifimiz 2008 yılında kendi malı olan yeni hizmet binasına taşınmıştır.
